What is the delivery time?

Approximately 4-48 working hours in Lahore, 1-4 working days out of city, from date of order confirmed.

If I send the payment in a cheque or money order or Easy paisa other than COD, how long will it take for you to receive it and process my order?

Where can I check the status of my order?

You will receive regular SMS, Whatsapp, Viber or Email about your order. You can also track your order from your order history section. If there is any delay or change in your order, our customer care will call and inform you.

Do you deliver prescribed medicines?

Yes, we deliver and we require the prescriptions for that purpose.

Can I request specific expiration dates for the medications I order?

Yes you can. Please tick the box or mention in your email that you require the expiration dates of the medicines which you ordered.

I received the wrong dosage of medication or I received only part of my order what do I do?

Contact us immediately, so that we can dispatch the correct medication. Don’t worry we are here for you, you can contact us.

Do you do global shipping of prescribed medicines?

Yes, we deliver it with country applicable laws. We are interested in business to business trade as well.

Why do the prices of medicine vary?

Medicine prices vary due to regulations and distributors. The prices listed on our site will assist you understand if you are paying the right price for your medicines or not.

Where do we obtain the information?

We have a team of specialized people on board who scans thousands of products to provide the relevant and useful information about your required medicines. We review and update the information you use. Please read the pamphlet inside every medicine and consult the doctors and your pharmacist before taking any medicines.

You can 'Report an error' by clicking on 'Report an error' and send us the correct information our team will then validate your request and edit the information provided by you.

How do I know the medicines delivered are authentic/legitimate?

The product is being supplied by the vendors associated with the company and from the authorized distributors. Vendor concerned, solely be responsible for the genuineness and authenticity of the product so ordered. For your satisfaction you can also cross-check medication labels with the manufacturer. The medications are purchased, stored, dispensed and mailed under the direct supervision of trained staff.

What is the quality of generic drugs?

The quality of generic drugs doesn't differ from its brand name.

What is an alternative or generic substitute and why they are cheaper?

Substitutes are medicines made by other manufactures using the same salt composition as your prescribed medicines. These medicines are cheaper and affordable because they do not need to spend on too much on research, development and advertising like brand ones. Only need to purchase a chemicals formula to make that drug. Please consult your doctor and pharmacist before having an alternative.

If prices of medicine change. What will happen to my order?

Please note that price and stock of medicines change with time. We will hold your stock and ask you to pay the remaining balance for your delivery.

Why we ask for prescriptions and do we require it to buy medicines on our products?

Government of Pakistan has mandated compulsory prescription for certain medicines. We strongly recommend you to consult your doctor before ordering anything from us. We require prescription for medicine but not for over the counter products.

What happens if I cancel the product?

A 10% re-stocking fee will be applied on all returns once the product(s) has been dispatched from our location.

What shipping rates do you have?

The shipping rates may vary depending on the shipping option and weight of the products. To find out the shipping cost, you should add desired products to shopping cart, and proceed to checkout.

What if the order isn't received during the delivery time?

We guarantee to reship the product if the product is not received during the delivery time.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Order change request can be made at our email address info@pillshill.com or by phone 0092-42-35721311. Once the order is shipped, we cannot do any changes in the order.

What is the CVV number?

CVV is a three-digit anti-fraud security number printed on the signature panel on the back of the Visa/MasterCard. It helps in verifying that your credit card is in your possession. American Express card holder’s have four-digit CVV number, which is printed on the front of the card above the card account number.

I was double charged, who do I contact about this?

We regret for this inconvenience, this could happen because of communication error or due to other reason. Most of the times we notice this problem before you do and refund you immediately, but in case you notice the error before us, please let us know and we will issue the refund after confirmation.

When will I get my refund?

Generally, the refund is shown in 7 business days, but sometimes due to the processing time and bank delays, the refund may take 15 to 30 days. In case you don’t receive the refund after that you can contact us at info@pillshill.com or by calling us at 0092-42-35721311.

How can I update my contact information or shipping address?

By logging into your account please visit the "Account Information" page.  If you want to change your shipping address in the middle of an order or the orders already placed, you should immediately contact us at info@pillshill.com so that we can ship the order on your choice address.

I wish to cancel my order, is this possible or my online medication order has not shipped yet, why is the delay?

Yes you can cancel your order but before the shipment has been dispatched payment related issue could be a one reason for delay or any other circumstances.

I am out of medications and need priority processing, can I get this?

Yes! Your health is precious, skipping medication is not advisable. We suggest to place your order in advance every time. Call us for our priority processing.
